We want to share this experience with you because we tried the actual cheesecake at La Vina in San Sebastian when we traveled in the Basque Country last year. Then, we researched on how the Basque chef’s make their food flavorful by centuries old techniques. We present to you our take on this delicious fusion dessert that will blow you away! o we infused the Classic Burnt Basque Cheesecake with Ube flavor.

We wanted to give you this direct to consumer experience as if you are taken to the Basque region, Guaranteed delicious and will make you crave for more. This is how amazing this tastes. Our version does not have any preservatives, artificial flavors and stored in a very beautiful packaging that is great for gift giving.
