Presenting our very own creation of the classic..BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKE hitting the US dessert market! It's a unique type of cheesecake baked at high temperature giving you the burnt crust on the top but a very creamy middle that will be so unforgettable on your first bite! The burnt crust does not taste burnt at all, it's a rustic look that will make you want a slice or more.
We want to share this experience with you because we tried the actual cheesecake at La Vina in San Sebastian when we traveled in the Basque Country last year. Then, we researched on how the Basque chef’s make their food flavorful by centuries old techniques. We present to you our take on this delicious dessert that will blow you away!
We wanted to give you this direct to consumer experience as if you are taken to the Basque region, Guaranteed delicious and will make you crave for more. This is how amazing this tastes. Our version does not have any preservatives, artificial flavors and stored in a very beautiful packaging that is great for gift giving.
